Kate Dutrow
SENIOR PRODUCTION UNDERWRITER
Kate joined the Mid Atlantic team in 2023 as a Senior Middle Market
Underwriter. She began her career in insurance with an independent
agency in 2004 and moved to the carrier side in 2008, eventually being
promoted to a full-time underwriting role in 2012. Kate has worked with
national carriers to super regionals before transitioning to monoline
workers’ compensation underwriting in 2016.
Kate lives in Gettysburg, PA with her husband and two sons. She enjoys
her “soccer mom” status and also is an assistant coach for the local
swim team.
