With a solid foundation in sales for a personal lines insurance carrier, James transitioned to Lackawanna Insurance Group in 2012, where he spent 11 years specializing in underwriting for small and mid-market businesses across Pennsylvania.
Hailing from Scranton and currently residing in Dunmore with his wife, James finds joy in downtime by exploring nature through hikes with his wife and their mini goldendoodle.
