Dustin’s top priority is providing value to his agents and policyholders through a team approach, in which underwriting works together with claims and loss control to help workplaces improve their safety, productivity, and profitability. Dustin is passionate about providing great service because he recognizes this is a people business, and that an employer’s greatest asset is their employees.

Dustin joined The MEMIC Group in 2014 and quickly assumed the role of Production Underwriter, responsible for new and renewal business production and profitability for New York. Prior to MEMIC, he worked at a Fortune 500 recruiting firm specializing in manufacturing, hospitality, healthcare, and pharmaceuticals.

Dustin graduated from The College of Saint Rose in Albany, New

York, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources. He also

holds two associate’s degrees from SUNY Adirondack in Queensbury, N.Y., and has earned his Workers’ Compensation Professional (WCP®) designation.

In his spare time, Dustin is active spending time outdoors fly fishing,

hiking, and camping.
